How to delete many (really many) photos in txp?

Three years in textpattern – know there are 1200 photos in. And I want to delete round about 340 of them, because I cannot find anything in the bigger and bigger photo-interface of txp, really.

But, what to do? I go to admin / photo, and then click click fifty times to delete the first photo. And so on for all photos? It would be the work of days.

Or am I thinking wrong or there is a plugin, that I don’t know?
