E’ possibile su textpattern creare un form di richiesta informazioni simile al seguente: http://www.mrwebmaster.it/html/form-moduli_9457.html.?

If you want to use the form to send an email, check out zem_contact_reborn (usage infos). That will do almost everything except for file uploading (currently being discussed in a parallel thread). I think you have already used it (or at least asked questions about it).
Kevin at graphic push has work out a way of saving form details to the database and there is also mem_form and mem_simple_form for using a form to populate textpattern articles with the results. Those are based on zem_contact_reborn so work very similarly.
Finally, there’s nothing to stop you using normal html code in a your txp pages and forms too…

Then zem_contact_reborn is what you need. Check out the contact form example for an example.

I’ve a beta version of adi_contact that’ll do this. Let me know if you’d like to give it a go.
