Redirect textpattern.com/textile-sandbox to TxStyle.org.

On the Write tab, on the Textile Help there is a link that points to textpattern.com/textile-sandbox.
This URL is redirected to (not-so)-good’ol textile.thresholdstate.com/, which is really outdated.

I’d suggest to redirect it to new shinny txstyle.org/, that is up to date with latest Textile releases.
