Random code appears on the page

Hey y’all. For a while now I’ve been having the issue where Textpattern puts random blocks of code every time I save a page on the outside of the html tag. It happens in the forms as well. When it does this it appears at the bottom of the website page. I also have had someone credible watch me delete the random block of code, not do anything else, and then save the page. Random code reappears. I cannot find any solutions. Is anybody able to help?

I do, as a matter of fact. It’s all the way at the bottom. http://missgrits.com/kog/

However, the reason I said “random” was because it changes. It’s not always what it has now.

I can’t see anything wrong there… So you are saying that you can actually see that code in Presentation > Pages, and delete it, but it doesn’t disappear? Could you post the full code on that page, or a tag trace? (I’m not sure which one is going to tell me something…)

Yes, I’m saying that I can see the code but when I delete it and then save it and scroll back down, it reappears. Here is the code from that page:

Do you have some admin side plugin that does something to the write page that could be causing this? I once saw something similar where a plugin was doing a search and replace and sometimes affected textarea data.

I have the WYSIWYG and that’s pretty much it. Has hak_tinymce ever had an issue like that?

…but I honestly don’t know what that means. I also can’t remember others posting about a similar problem before.

One more thing to try: if you copy and paste the page code (without the div id=) to a new page, set the default section to use that page, and delete the old page, does the problem still occur?
If that doesn’t help, I’ll have to give up for today. I hope someone else can shed a light on this…

Oh, one more: you could also try and delete it directly in the database, using phpMyAdmin. It’s in the txp_page table.
