Complicated structural hierarchy

Well, I’m bit of a stuck here.
This is a page for a company that produces mainly badges.
This is a link for section
Product list link

I have 4 top lvl product groups (main nav, last is checkout).
Every one of these groups (sections) should have subsections.

I’d like to post products into subsections. How to do that?

Url should be like: www.shop.com/badges/accessories/product-item-here
And these products would be in 2 categories, too.
Url: www.shop.com/badges/accessories/?c=maergimasinad

Right now I have created “false” subsection:
http://papilion-disain.com/pood/rinnamaergid-stardikomplektid

It would be great to have:
http://papilion-disain.com/pood/rinnamaergid/stardikomplektid

Any suggestions?

I created more sections, that’ll do it.

So the trace is this:
