[deprecated] rah_uninstaller
Rah_uninstaller is deprecated. It’s no longer required by current rah-prefixed plugins. All current release versions pack in their own uninstaller scripts, which makes rah_uninstaller very much useless at this stage.

Released an update for rah_uninstaller. Version 0.2 includes:
- Added support for removing language strings from txp_lang table.
- Added support for removing preference values from txp_prefs table.
- Added option to exclude individual items from the uninstallation queue.
- New updated interface.
- Moved inline styles to
<head>. - Removed the errornous leftover
rah_plugin_download_install()which caused errors if rah_plugin_download wasn’t installed. - Changed the plugin type to the newer Admin only.
- Now requires Textpattern version 4.0.7 or newer.
