jquery plugin pointer
Does anyone know of a jquery plugin which works in a similar way to this mootools one?

Perhaps this one? jCarousel (I think “Carousel with external controls” is similar)

Think you should look at the Cycle plugin – in particular the next/prev and paging examples. You can put any content in the slide divs, and in addition, Cycle support easing transitions. Read the examples…

Victor, I didn’t know I had to search for “carousel”, my google queries for “jquery scroller” returned irrelevant results.
