I’m pretty impressed with this. I had no idea of the progress xPattern has made in the past year. This is my biggest beef with the project. The forum seems to be completely vacant and the dev strings are a bit forgein to me.

There is definitely progress being made. I’m doing the design work on the admin theme (with guidance from TheEric, Manfre, mrDale, Ingneramos). I’ve got a few more screenshots coming soon.

Yup. There is progress. If you go to Freenode #xpat, you’ll catch the gradual development. xPat is active and very much alive.

P.S. This is just one option for the admin theme – We’re also working on an option that has tabs at the top.

It’s funny! I’m currently working on a login page facelift with same colors :))
Very nice work Eric : I like it. Definitivly THE new theme needed for TXP 4.0.9. Simple, beautiful, very clean.

Some significant progress has been made with the look of the admin (been tweaked a lot since that last screenshot).
I’ll be posting some recent screenshots over in the xpat forum – keep an eye out here for a link.

Is xPattern going to be up-to-date with all the updates to the Textpattern core? Or is it breaking off at some juncture on it’s own course? Is there an xPattern FAQ somewhere?
The admin theme looks awesome, great work!
I haven’t used Textpattern for over a year, just in the past week I got back into it to rehash my site. This community is so awesome and fun to be a part of, all from a free product! xPattern looks promising as well, keep up the great work guys!
