I can not install Txp on servers online
I’m trying to install Txp on a server online.
I enter the passwords of the database provided by my hosting.
Do not continue and press this message.
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user ‘Sql220131 ‘@‘62.149.141.95’ (using password: YES) in /web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/home/textpattern/setup/index.php on line 178

If you’re certain you’ve got the username and password right then it might be the host specified. From what you’ve pasted above looks like $txpcfg['host'] is set to an IP address where as quite a few hosts will have the database hosted locally.
Try setting $txpcfg['host'] = 'localhost'; inside your config.php file
