Plugin/duplicate entry has me stuck on languages page

Please be easy on me as I did not set up this server…

We’re running a live site on xampp and it’s been riddled with security problems — I intend to move it as soon as possible. But as for now, I’ve cleaned up as much as I can, but I’m stuck on the languages page when logging into Textpattern — here’s what I get:

A problem occured while loading the plugin: upm_image -> User_Warning: Duplicate entry '1-upm_image_load_script' for key 1

Clicking a tab simply seems to reload this page. I don’t have immediate access to the server, but if anyone has a clue, I’d sure appreciate it. (Note: I don’t know what the database looks like either — I can’t get phpMyAdmin working now…)

The live site appears to be fine. We’re just sort of stuck.

Access to the url /textpattern/index.php?event=plugin in your site and deactivate the offending plugin.

Actually, that’s part of the problem — I can’t access any other part of Textpattern. All of the tabs (Content, Visitors, Presentation, etc…) just seem to reload the Languages page. Clicking the Plugins tab does make the error go away, but it still keeps me on the Languages page — that’s the only one that has a different effect.

Can you try visiting: /textpattern/index.php?event=plugin&step=switch_status&status=1&name=upm_image

If that doesn’t work either, you really do need PHPmyAdmin.

Does this mean that, somehow, I have a duplicate entry of the upm_image plugin in my database?

That’s a question the author of that plugin can probably answer best: ask in the upm_image plugin author support topic
