Plugin cnn_title_case
This is just a Textpattern port of the Wordpress plugin Title Case by Adam Nolley. It is ultimatly based on code by John Gruber.

Example Usage
To use this plugin, just wrap any text in the tag. For example, you can use in an article form to title-case the article’s title:
<txp:cnn_title_case><txp:title /></txp:cnn_title_case>

Apparently this plugin doesn’t work on text entered all in UPPERCASE. This is probably inherited from Gruber’s original. Any way to convert UPPERCASE text into Title Case?
