Write tab adjustment.
This is something that annoys me a bit when I’m in the admin, usually on someone else’s site as I don’t use the plug-in. If a site has the plug-in installed which keeps the “Advanced Options” tag open this pushes the “Recent Articles” tag down, usually off-screen, which means either having to close the “Advanced Options” tag or scrolling down to find the “Recent Articles” tag. Would it be possible to move the “Recent Articles” tag above the “Advanced Options” tag?
I don’t know how many people would be opposed to this. I can’t think of a reason to be but I’ll stand corrected if there is.

Re: Write tab adjustment.
Why not write a plugin that reverses the position of advanced options and recent articles (using javascript). I think advanced options is more important than recent articles. When reversing them, advanced options would be pushed further down if recent articles were open by default as well.

Not to worry. It’s just a bit annoying. Is there a plug-in that keeps recent articles open?

hey stuart. i figure this would be easy enough and conjured a very simple (also my first) plugin to open the recent articles menu open by default.
