Can this plugin be modified so the image can be aligned left?

Just a note : an improved version of the reflection.js script rewritten for mootools is available (by the same author as the excellent Slimbox)

Great (maybe), but note that your download link does not work :)

But, for those who look for fix, just download newest version, 2.0, of reflection.js, and place it your site, plus replace your page template’s <txp:wet_wetfloor_script /> with javascript call with link to the new file.

Please choose your own plugin prefix to avoid confusions.

Hello Wet,

What is the confusion? I just updated your plugin, because you didn’t replied on my email. It’s not my intention to create another wetfloor plugin. If you doesn’t want to maintain the plugin, i would like to do it. And i think then it’s a good idea to change the prefix.

BTW: thanks for the great work, by creating this plugin.

Kind regards,

Maarten.

This is precisely the situation I wanted to indicate with my post.

Hello Wet,

Ok, i just submitted a request for a Textbook account. If the account is activated i will reserve a prefix and then i will maintain the wetfloor plugin from now on.

After the prefix is reserved i will start a new forum thread for the plugin formaly know as wet_wetfloor.

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Re: wet_wetfloor: Add a “wet floor” reflection to images

Hello,

I ported my improved reflection.js script to jQuery. You can grab it and test it here (my personal website now uses jQuery instead of MooTools).

When Google Chrome was released, my improved reflection.js script for MooTools was already compatible with it. The official script was not and needed an update.

The new jQuery script uses exactly the same mechanisms as the MooTools script and provides the same benefits. There was already a jQuery version of reflection.js but it was not working very well and this one is also smaller (< 2 KB).

If you are already using jQuery on your public website, it’s a good idea to use this script instead of the original one, otherwise the original script alone is of course a smaller download than jQuery + my script.

My plugins : cbs_live_search (improved) – cbs_category_list – cbs_navigation_menu – cbs_gravatar (updated) – cbs_article_index – cbs_maintenance_mode (new) – cbs_section_language (new)
