Import from Blogger
I’ve tried to follow the instructions in the textbook but don’t succeed.
Textbook states:
Last, you’ll need to tell Blogger where to store the new file. Textpattern is going to look in the import directory for the data, so on the Publishing tab you’ll need to input the details for your Textpattern site. Set the FTP Server to the value that you use when uploading Textpattern, also use the same FTP Username and FTP Password.
But since blogger doesn’t allow you to publish anywhere else than http:****.blogspot.com that is impossible. and I just don’t seem to be able to get around this.
Does someone have any ideas. I’ve got over 400 posts in my blogger blogg, and would really like to move everything to textpattern…

Just make sure and change the blog filename. Then load up the url at http:****.blogspot.com/import.txt in your browser and save the file to your computer. :)
Don’t try and change any settings, in case something goes wrong: once you change them it won’t let you set them back to blogspot.

I’ve tried once more…
How to “load up the url at http:****.blogspot.com/import.txt in your browser “ I really don’t understand, but after changing the template and settings I save my bloggURL to my desktop as a text-file and uppload it to textpattern named import.txt.
Then I tried to import again and got some error messages:
