XML-RPC and the TextMate blogging bundle

Has anyone successfully used the TextMate blogging bundle with the new XML-RPC capability? I’ve entered what I think is the correct setup information, but I get an error when I try to use the bundle’s “fetch post” command:

<code>
/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/xmlrpc/client.rb:543:in `do_rpc’: Wrong content-type (RuntimeError) from /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/xmlrpc/client.rb:409:in `call2’ from /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/xmlrpc/client.rb:399:in `call’ from /Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/Blogging.tmbundle/Support/lib/metaweblog.rb:28:in `getRecentPosts’ from /Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/Blogging.tmbundle/Support/lib/blogging.rb:513:in `fetch’ from /tmp/temp_textmate.qI8U3H:3

</code>

I tested it out with MarsEdit, and xmlrpc worked fine, so I think this is probably an idiosyncracy within the TM blogging bundle, but in case anybody has an insight, I thought I’d bring it up here, too.

Re: XML-RPC and the TextMate blogging bundle

All the errors are with the Ruby TextMate bundle, not Textpattern, so I’m afraid we can’t help at this point. :)

Nope, this is actually a bug in the RPC library for TXP. I’ve written some details here (comment 20)

Re: XML-RPC and the TextMate blogging bundle

You misunderstood me, zeroK (the errors quoted by Alan are Ruby errors), but glad you found the problem.
