TXP Manji 2

I’ve re-done TXP Manji to take advantage of TXP’s new tags. This has reduced it’s reliance on plug-ins considerably. There is an error 404 template and it now validates to XHTML 1.0 Strict. Seems OK with FF, IE6 and Opera 8.5 but tell me if you can see any problems particularly on Macs. Do read the article. It’s a bit more informative.

Re: TXP Manji 2

Stuart, it’s strictly identical with Safari 1.3.1 and Firefox :-) Not a single pixel different. (and it’s OK with FF Mac of course).

With MSIE Mac 5.2 there are problems but forget it : even MS’s sites are note compatible with MSIE Mac for years. :-D It is great time to burry that… thing

Re: TXP Manji 2

Thanks Nicomeno. Do the problems with IE Mac 5.2 appear to be associated with “float” and “clearing”?

Re: TXP Manji 2

Nice one Stuart.
I have been enjoying surfing through your templates trying to learn a thing or two.

I like your instructions. By now, I know what I am doing, but it was enjoyable to read through your stuff. You’re really kind to the new folks, and encouraging. That goes a long way in my book. Well done.

Re: TXP Manji 2

Yeah well done Stuart. I have not used one of your templates or those that are featured, but I would like to echo the well done from ma_smith.
