Re: G17a Released

One day we’re going to all look back on this and laugh!

Re: G17a Released

Take it easy, citoyen Allen. We’ll live. We’re all humble gamma users, and there can be no complaints.

Nothing has been altered and none of your data has been lost – there’s merely a problem rebuilding the category tree. Yes, there will be an update for everyone.

Re: G17a Released

Dean, have you looked at TDD? I’ve found that a test suite is a great way to turn feedback from skilled folks like your bug finders into regression tests. Also it lets developers refactor with confidence that nothing’s breaking unexpectedly.

I’d be happy to lead or participate in the creation of a test suite for Textpattern, if there’s interest.

Re: G17a Released

Suddenly, my articles won’t link to the next one. I was using modified versions of txp:link_to_next/prev (called go_to_next/prev) but even after carefully updating my hacked code, it still won’t show a link to navigate to the next entry.

Re: G17a Released

It’s fixed.

Download available shortly.

I’d like to thank nryberg for his help, and Fountains of Wayne, whose album Welcome Interstate Managers was playing incredibly loudly for most of this debacle.

Re: G17a Released

Actually, it looks like I wasn’t that careful. I missed removing a $s to get rid of section restrictions on prev/next article browsing.

TEE HEE.
