Ugh. Okay, here’s the temp fix for txp:category_list

In taghandlers.php, change line 377 from

if ($name=='root') continue;

to

if ($a=='root') continue;

The taghandlers.php fix did the trick for my ‘root’ problem.

Like pospel, I’m using <txp:category_list wraptag="ul" break="li" />

Another weird thing.
Categories are not visible in all categories sections (images, links, articles) but besides the last one section where was new category added. Example: when i add new category to images, all categories in articles and links stop displaying in admin area but still display in site view. So when i add new category to links, articles and images display emply through all admin area i.e. adding new category in articles/images/links causing to not display another two.
