using it here

you do realise that the “next” link is broken, don’t you? It returns you to page one…

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

The doctype is OK, and it doesn’t prevent other pages from validating. EL is the ISO code for Hellenic (Greek). The open <p> tag closes in the next page.

I think this is because Textile opens a paragraph, the plugin inserts a page break, and the paragraph gets closed in the next page.

I don’t understand this sentence. Can you prevent that p from opening?

That’s the point. Prevent that paragraph from opening. How?

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

Oh, I think I understand. It is because we actually have one article here.

What happens if you insert the breaking elements – [page], I think, it was – without any line breaks or with just one?

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

Fixed problem just by trimming the string 4 bytes to the start and 3 bytes to the end. Someone have a better suggestion? A regular expression recipe?

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

hopefully people don’t think my site is using a “new” version of this plugin. I added it a while back, when it was still having problems with the broken “next” button on the first page.

I guess someday I’ll go through the extreme hassle to upgrade my TXP and find out which hacks and tricks still are necessary for the weird stuff I did to my sites.

But on the new TXP site I plan to make, if pagination isn’t already supported in TXP, this’ll be the first plugin I get.

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

Are you refering to the old hfw_pg_* plugin or my fork of it, etz_pg ? If this has to do with the latter, please use the corresponding thread.

Re: [archived] hfw_pg: Paginated articles

I was using the hfw_pg_* plugin. I haven’t tried etz_pg yet.
