How to implement consumer feedback section?
Not to be confused with contacts, which are sent to e-mail, feedback is no fancy than article comments.
I want www.site.com/feedback
That is somewhat achievable with individual article. But what if feedback is a section, and I want within that section display a comments form and comments?

This is untested by me but what if you have an individual article for the section. Something like:
<txp:if_section name="feedback">
<txp:article_custom id="34" /><txp:hide>change with the article id</txp:hide>

How to include special comment fields? Like phone number, and model and make of a repaired device?

Comments currently do not support extra comment fields and I am not sure if 4.6 will.
