Textile 3.x instead of 2.x

Since we now require PHP 5.3.3 or greater to run Textpattern 4.6 – would you consider upgrading Textile to the version 3.x branch (currently it’s stuck at v2.x branch in our system)?

(the other one of our authors was surprised with some complex nesting that worked on http://txstyle.org, but not with TXP — and the link in the Textile subpane redirects to that site…)
