content sliding-in problem in smartphone version of a webpage

in a penultimate section (content-7) of this page i have feedback form which should smoothly slide in from a left. but in my smartphone (moto g) it doesn’t, it appears with a big flash! if i lift this section next after header section, it’s sliding in nicely.

can anybody check this page in its smartphone? especially, moto g users are waited. but others too. does it flashing or sliding nicely.
i’m a owner of moto g and i can’t figure out, why it acts like this… i have tried everything

no problem in desktop.

I don’t have access to a Moto G, but I was able to tested on a Moto X. The form loaded in an abrupt way the first time. After that,it’s move the scrolled up from the bottom.

Slides in fine (from right to left) on iOS (older model: iphone 4s)… If anything the waypoint is fairly low down (or start delay is long) and the animation is “long”, so you arrive at a blank space and then the contact form slides smoothly but gently into view.
