Re: Multi plugin install capability

Stef, I think it’s good to have test copies of various CMSes running locally, so I can see how others have overcome common problems, UI ideas, and sometimes what not to do. Takes a few minutes to install Drupal and WordPress with MAMP (or equivalent).

The Textpattern Resources site will hopefully help with the whole plugin system, and initial plans are afoot.

Re: Multi plugin install capability

Stef – You can search for plugins from wp admin pages by name or function – 1 click install all on same admin tab. Plugins to update are flagged – one click update.

Plugin security .. Me haha lol … but some sort of “TXP approved/tested” for any plugins that do things that could be exploited.
There aren’t a huge number of plugins being written anymore.

Sorry if I just dropped in and suggested something that is a lot of work.
