Forum update, switched to FluxBB and added in-topic-search

If you’re reading this, you’ve arrived on the new forum ;)

Changes:
  • New server (nice, even though the old one was fast enough).
  • FluxBB instead of PunBB (no functional difference, just following the forum developers).
  • In-topic-search, for those that need to search inside large topics. This search option is available on each topic page (right side at the top) and highlights the keywords you searched for in the matching posts.

Thanks to Robert for making the front-end search field aware of the in-topic-search functionality which I have added to the back-end.

Thanks to Els, Yiannis, Jukka, Steve, Bert and Stef for testing.

Bu… bu… but it looks just the same!!!
Just kidding.

Thanks Ruud, Robert, Els, Yiannis, Jukka, Steve, Bert and Stef, for your effort to improve TXP and its surrounding community.

What is the story behind the theme? When I log out I see a rather yellow theme, but there is another TXP-looking one available. (Not really upgrade related though…)

^^ I’m not sure if there is a story. It’s just a theme. Pick the one you like ;)

More thanks to all involved – nice to have the new search facility for those mega-threads.

Hopefully FluxBB is less prone to spam too.

What a seamless transition! Great that the knowledge of the years past could be kept.
Thanks to everyone for all your precious time, I appreciate every minute of it. And praise the Lords of the in-topic-search :)

Congratulations! I didn’t notice any difference until I saw the thread title. Amazing bit of work.
