Refresh your browser cache. Looks like your browser is using a stale style sheet.

When there are no comments, blocked IP’s, Links etc. The message saying so is aligned completely to the left: it should be centered.
Here too. Clearing the cache does not help. Note: this was not the case in r2992, so can it be a change that happened afterwards?

I tested previous 4.07 SVN versions in addition to 4.07 rc1 (clean installs and installs over current sites). The only error I ever see is using Safari when in debugging mode:
Safari can’t open the page “http://localhost:8888/textpattern-4.0.7rc1/rss/?section=articles”. The error was: “Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 302.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:302) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.
Note: When switching to testing or live mode, the error message disappears and the page loads fine. Most testing has been done on MAMP/OSX, but also on a live site. Not a big deal, but worth a mention.

Seeing an issue with files – I have a site where there are many files. 4.07 lists them as missing, but they are there…
