Website cannot connect to RCP Server
QashqaiMania is an old textpattern site, active for almost 10 years (my first experience with textpattern).
Recently I refreshed the layout and upgraded from 4.2.0 to 4.6.2 almost smoothly. The front-end is ok.
But, as I enter the diagnostics, a warning pops-up:
Warning "realpath(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
File(/var/www/html) is not within the allowed path(s): (/membri/giampablo/:/membri2/giampablo/:/membri/.dummy/)”.
Closing the popup window the pre-flight check shows a very long list of PHP functions that are disabled. All of them are not really necessary to txp, other than php_uname.
The only problem is that the site cannot connect to RPC server. Everything else is working properly, both front-end and back-end.
Altervista says above path does not exist and I should investigate what part of the code calls “realpath” and why.
Any idea?
