New hosting server can't create thumbnail

One of my client moved his website to another hosting provider, now when we upload a new image, that is not creating automatically the thumbnail and even the option of width/height of thumbnail not appear, don’t know what’s the problem :-(

can you check to see if GD Library is installed on the server?
save this to a file on your root and point to it i n your browser:

 <?php
// Show all information, defaults to INFO_ALL
phpinfo();
?>

save this text into a file called info.php and then upload to your site in root and point browser to http://mystite.com/info.php

Ahhh, that was GD Library problem, i contacted hosting provider and they solved :-)
