Old article titels still on Google Search ...
If articles are deleted, they still popup in Google Search. Is there a plugin that will magically edit robot.txt to instruct robots to kill indexed but already deleted articles (titles)?

The only thing you can do is use Google Webmaster Tools (Search Console).
Under the Google Index menu on the left there’s an option to remove URLs from Google’s index.
Other options are to set up a 301 redirect to an alternate page on your site or just leave it as a 404 and wait for Google to de-index it.
