Textile file download link

Having a small issue with using a Textile file download link, like so:

"Classes 2015.pdf (Poster for the classes in 2015)":/file_download/27/classes+in+2015.pdf

The link seems to be formed correctly with +, but in the browser (Safari and Chrome) the link looks like:

<a href="https://mysite.com/file_download/26/Camps%2Bin%2B2015.pdf" title="Poster for the classes in 2015">Classes in 2015.pdf</a>

Note the %2B instead of the desired +. Clicking the link results in a 404 error. Running 4.5.7. Any ideas?

Hi Jonathan,
Is this related?

Re: Textile file download link

Not sure Yiannis, but I can try tomorrow. I should have said that I used the Textile tag builder on the Files tab in 4.5.7 to create the Textile link, so it should, in theory, work just fine as as far as I know..

Re: Textile file download link

Ok, the 4.6 version of classTextile.php does not fix the issue. As mentioned, the Textile download file link was created with the tag builder from the Files tab.

Re: Textile file download link

There is of course the temporary ‘fix’ to use the txp tag instead of textile which seems to be where the problem is.

Re: Textile file download link

Thanks Yiannis. I used HTML from the tag builder instead. The code posted was inserted in a Textile table within an article, but that should not have caused any issues as far as I know. Anyway, using an HTML anchor tag <a> within the Textile table worked just fine so all good for now!

Re: Textile file download link

There seems to be a problem with textile when spaces (or/and special characters?) are used. In reality, uploaded files should follow the image conventions of no space in their name.
