textile: can't download files with %20 in their names

hi

i need to make link for downloading this file here

did this, but getting error:

"download link":http://www.zep.ee/public/product/FS%20Amine%20Z%20EST.pdf

is there alternate solution beside: “download file, remove %20 in filename, upload to textpattern”?
