Admin side plugin using iFrame

Is there a way for plugins to create iframes pulling in third party content, such as Google Authentication?

Currently it is prevented by the following change in TXP 4.5.0

•Security: Admin-side disallows framing, sends “X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN” header.

I was trying to create a plugin that displays an Embeded Google Analytics Dashboard but an iframe is created to authenticate the user via OAuth 2.0. This iframe can’t load.

EDIT – My code is working fine today so maybe I’m crazy or it was a local browser issue.
