Article section Default

I would like assign of articles the section default, for display this in homepage.
This section (default) does not appear in the possible choices of sections when write the articles.
I see only the sections created by me.
How can I do?

Default section is a special section and do not owns articles. Think on it like a newspaper home page: it shows content from other sections inside the newspaper. To show articles in the default section, go to sections and check the option “publish on home page” (or something like this, I don’t remember the exact name) per section. Then that sections will show their articles on the home page when using txp:article tag.
