how to make submenu - etc_link_helper

hi to all,
i’m using etc_link_helper
that’s a good plugin, easily i can create menus from articles, categories, etc..
now i couldn’t make submenu by the help of that plugin !
any one please help me to make menus + submenus with that plugin or any other good plugin.
