This is what i see: <p><input type="submit" value="Submit" name="Submit" class="publish" /></p> which is just fine. Did you try another browser?

Do you have Adblock installed?

+1 for working here OK: Mac/Safari7, Mac/Firefox24 and Mac/Chrome31. Sorry if that’s not much help.

Suggest downloading a new browser that you haven’t tried before to ensure it’s 100% ‘clean’.

@Gallex – what browsers/OS are you using? tested it in 3 browsers on OS X and it works fine.

Also, did you try re-downloading and re-uploading txp? There might be a corruption either in your initial download or your subsequent upload.

Re: can't start the installation - txp 4.5.5

Don’t leave your Textpattern uninstalled and never link to the installer, please. As long as setup/ is there and server can connect to remote databases, an attacker might be able to run remote code on the server. I’m not aware of actual PHP execution vulnerabilities, but you can at least run SQL statements on the server (database charset can be specified with HTTP POST param) and make it access remote MySQL servers.

I’ve now removed the link.
