I can't see my plugins after upgrade to 4.5.2

Hi, I thought I have not plugin in my old installation, but now I realize that yes, I used a few plugins in my installation because I see in the extension tab upm_image, _img_popper, _date_archive, tru_tags….

What is wrong with my installation?

I upgraded from 4.2
