Re: 1.0rc1 Released

xxdiff and gtkdiff seem to work pretty well on linux, FWIW.
I’ve also installed an IDE named Zoinks that supposedly does diff.

oh, and ediff is the emacs diff engine…supposed to work very well.

Re: 1.0rc1 Released

Dean, thanks for the hard work. I think I will take your advice and wait for rc2 or rc3. My boss would remove my testes if the site were to blow up!

I imagine that would be painful.

It’s funny to see that I’m not the only one who’s waiting impatiently. I second Jon’s question: any news anyone?

Re: 1.0rc1 Released

Mine’s been showing RC2 for a while now, I think since about rev.40 or 41 but I also updated to rev.46 and didn’t get any “updated” files.

I’m glad others are asking similar questions. I’ve come to hate asking :* {

Dean,

Any news on TxP development? Specifically clean titled urls. We don’t ask much. “Please sir, can we have…. more?” I promise… I’ll be good.

Re: 1.0rc1 Released

I’m with Ray… Clean TItle URL’s are the only thing left preventing me from switching three of my sites over….

And I don’t want to hack TXP, since that means manual updates…

Also, could you update the Download from the main page to use v46?

That link to the TextPttern svn repository must be a top secreat, or else I must be half blind, I can’t find it anywhere on the TextPattern site.

Anybody care to share it? Unless, of course, you have to break a sacred oath or something …
