Why not?
If I click on a section me, a new page (with the options) is loaded.
With this plugin the option panel was showed under the section name in the same page.

At the time the plugin was written it was meant to make a sprawling, endless, list more manageable in that you could fold in unnecessary information. This is now handled by the core itself: you have a tidy list of sections, click on a name and the related information comes up on a separate page. The plugin never combined information of several sub-pages to one foldable list.

It would be difficult to make appear the section related information with a toggle effect under the section name?
No necessary, of course, but it would be a nice effect.
