styling comments notify

After commenting on sites which using Textpattern as their engine, I get a notify message.

On some cause, I get this notify message : Thank you for adding your comment.

I want to know and ask youre all.

1. How to styling this comments message notify ?

I was trying to styling the p.txpCommentInputForm but the result is effect to all my comments form block.

How to make it different? .

2. How to placing comments message notify on top of new comments ?

The default is always shown on bottom of new comments.
