Just as a small followup:
In that case ( nominative) it would be the second option, since days are feminine (greek)
Example: 1η Φεβρουαρίου, 7η Μαρτίου , etc…
If used in a sentence ( with accusative case ) the it would be:
Την 1η Μαρτίου, etc … ( That translates to : The first day of March, much like in Jeremie’s first example)
