There is mem_random_comment, and powerful general purpose tool smd_query (for any type of custom database queries), and a core tag recent_comments (with sort="rand()" selects random comments).

Excuse my ignorance but, how I do to install ´mem_random_comment´?. I just see a PHP code. I am not programmer :/
My intention is to put just a random comment in my home page from especific article.
Could you give me a guideline for this ?
