Mirá vos… Rigel se dio cuenta del error en la invocación… btw 1ukitaz ¿ves a lo que me refiero respecto de la documentación del plugin? el help del lhg_article_rotate no trae ni un ejemplo de invocación… :-)

:S Ok!! Lo del error en la invocacion ……… nmnmnmnmnm; bueno supuse que es mas que obvio cual es la misma ……… Por otro lado cuando cree el plugin el mismo viene en realidad con un README que tiene una “ayuda” mas detallada; pero como no tengo hosting; ni blog; ni pagina personal para hostear el .zip quedo por ahi; el .txt ……… ;)
Gracias Rigel por el retoque en la ayuda, pero ya que estamos fijate:
status="5": To rotate non fixed articles. > wrong
<txp:lhg_article_rotate status="5" /> : rotates a fixed article every day. > correct
En que quedamos????? ;-)

mrdale; I don’t have much time at this moment to change the attributes, but it´s not a problem to do so, when i get time ;-) Give me a few days and I’ll update the plugin !! Thanx for the feedback to you all

Ok people here I am; I’m back !!!
Well, good news; I’ve updated the plugin last night, and I added the category, the section and the author too. So you can specify any of them. Also I´ve improved the help, thanks Rigel for showing me the path …. and Mariano, you were right (of course) …..
So, I hope It gets more useful now; just a little bit more customizable.
More good news; I’ve updated the plugin a little bit more so you can use multiple instances of it on the same page ;-)

I had one minor thought on the documentation, that might make the instructions clearer.
Instead of saying category/section=“any” perhaps “myCat” and “MySection” would be better. That way people would be less liekly to think that “any” might list all categories or sections.

The documentation in the plugin has it`s reasons; the cuestion is that if I put anything else than “any” the line didn´t fit ….. But anyway, in the Attributes section on that help, is clear:

category=“your_category”: To rotate articles from the specified category.

and if you read:

<txp:lhg_article_rotate category="any" /> : published one from the <u>*specified*</u> category.

is clear, by specified I understand one …… wathever. Also It is clear on the README file attached; so, those who think that ……… read twice !!! ;-)

lhg_article – it’s just a great plugin! Works so phantastic, that I would like to put it on my site on several places. The logic structur would be

lhg_article section1 hour

lhg_article section2 day

and so on.

But that doesn’t work. I cannot have several instances of the plugin on the site. Then the plugin comes in difficulties. Is there a possibility to become this feature in a future release of the plugin?

In the plugins forum / “post new topic” / title it “plugin:lhg_article_rotate”
You can ether copy/paste your post
or follow a format similar to this
