When you should and shouldn't post here...

This forum is for troubleshooting problems specific to Textpattern itself and that does not include plugins. If your plugin is broken, or working incorrectly, ask for help in the plugin’s support thread.

Why should I post in the plugin’s thread?

Because then you will have the direct attention of the plugin author, and greatly increase your chances of solving the problem promptly and efficiently.

How do I find the plugin’s support thread?

There are a few different ways to find it:

• from a link from the plugin author’s site
• from the resources site
• through a forum search for the plugin name

If you can’t find it, then just post a new thread, but please do so in the Plugin discussions forum.
